   初源机械公司设计的气泡清洗机采用气泡水浴清洗，辅以强水流催流，清洗能力大、洗净率高且不损伤物料，经过旋翻催流至输送网带，在网带上进行高压水喷淋清洗。

   本设备除电机等标准件外均采用不锈钢SUS304材料制作，完全符合出口食品卫生要求。设备中设有气泡发生装置，使物料呈翻滚状态，去除产品表面污渍功效，（可配蒸汽加热装置将水加热到合适温度，进行热水冲刷清洗），漂浮物可以从溢流槽溢出，沉淀物从排污口排出，以达到清洗的目的。

The characteristics of the primary mechanical equipment are as follows:

1. The equipment is equipped with circulating water pump and filter water tank to realize the recycling use of cleaning water, save water, and replace new water according to the actual production situation.

2. The equipment conveyor belt motor can adjust the speed change function. The cleaned vegetables are conveyed through the mesh chain, automatically feeding and discharging, and the conveyor belt conveying speed can be adjusted according to the production needs.

3. The equipment is equipped with spraying device, which sprays the products to reduce the secondary pollution after the cleaning is finished and transported to the next working procedure.

Additional deburring device can be added according to user's requirement.

Bubble washing machine designed by Chuanyuan Machinery Company uses bubble water bath cleaning, assisted by strong water flow, which has high cleaning capacity, high cleaning rate and does not damage materials. It flows to the conveyor belt by turning over and accelerating flow, and carries out high-pressure water spray cleaning on the belt.

The equipment is made of stainless steel SUS304 except standard parts such as motors. It fully meets the requirements of food hygiene for export. The equipment is equipped with a bubble generating device to make the material roll over and remove the product surface stains. (It can be equipped with a steam heating device to heat water to the appropriate temperature for hot water scouring and cleaning). Floating substances can overflow from the overflow chute and sediment can be discharged from the sewage outlet to achieve the purpose of cleaning.
